Introduction

University Of Malaya E-Payment - FPX:

For those who are always on the go, University Of Malaya provides an online alternative to pay your study fees. Student can now pay their fees online by either using the FPX facility.
WHAT IS FPX
  Currently almost all local banks  provide FPX transaction service.

Financial Process Exchange (FPX) is a facility provided by MEPS, which offers common Internet Based Online Payment System to Financial Institutions and Banks via the regulatory authority. FPX offers solutions across all markets – Business-to-Business (B2B), Business to Consumer (B2C).

The Purpose of FPX is to:-
  • Facilitate secure payments in e-Commerce segments for B2B and B2C markets
  • To enable buyers, corporate to make payments of their choice by utilizing Bank facilities.
  • To ensure bank to provide a guarantee payments on behalf of buyers
  • To establish payment standard across all bank for e-payments

HOW TO USE FPX
 

To use this facility, you will need a a valid account with any local bank that are registered with MEPS for example Bank Islam, Maybank etc.
